Description
Runs built to the European DIN/EN size take their 135° turns with this fitting: a flush elbow for 1.67" OD (42.4mm) handrail with a heavier .080" wall than the US 1.5" tube it roughly matches in feel. A tube slides into each end and the joint finishes flush, with nothing standing proud. It covers the shallow turns at stair landings and angled corners. Made in 316-grade stainless, polished or satin, it holds up where chloride exposure is constant — along the coast, at a marina, on a waterfront deck, or under regular wash-down. Both finishes carry the same corrosion resistance; polished reads as a mirror, satin as a softer surface. Note the OD: it won't interchange with 1.5" or 2" tubing.
