Make a slight direction change in a 2" OD brass handrail at a 147° interior angle — 33° off straight — with a flush joint. It's for gentle, almost-straight bends: an octagonal landing edge, a bay-window extension, or a rail following a curving wall. Not for stair landings. Polished brass, fits.050" wall brass tubing.
Description
A 147° change of direction — only 33° off straight — lets a 2" OD brass handrail trace non-rectangular shapes: an octagonal landing edge, a bay-window extension, a curving heritage wall, a hexagonal gallery. This flush elbow makes that gentle adjustment with a tube sliding into each end and the joint finishing flush; it is a shallow-angle fitting rather than the sharper turn used at a stair landing. Offered in polished brass only, matching the traditional and restoration rails where these softer angles usually appear, and sized for .050" wall brass tubing.
