The rounded dome sits between a flat cap and a ball finial in the line's range of endings. On a 1" OD brass railing — a small handrail, shop-fixture rail, or heritage restoration — this end cap presses in and closes the tube with a soft curve. Polished brass, warm and traditional, without a protruding ornament.

A soft dome distinguishes this cap from the flat, flush version: using the same press-fit seating, the Rounded End Cap (00-602/1) presents a gently curved face just above a 1" OD brass tube — a warmer close for a small handrail, a display or fixture rail, or a restored period railing. Offered in polished brass for .050" wall tubing, it suits settings where a rounded top fits the look better than a flat cap or a ball finial. Purely cosmetic, it caps the tube end with a rounded face and carries no load, matching the rest of a brass railing system.
