This saddle keeps the larger rail close to its posts: this short-projection fixed saddle sets a 2" OD top rail at a 2" clearance for a clean, tucked-in line along level runs. Made in 316 satin stainless steel, it's the lower-clearance counterpart to the Tall 350-216 when the design calls for height.
Description
A clean, low banister line on a home stair, a landing, or a level corridor rail comes from holding the top rail close: the 352-216 mounts into the post and carries a 2" OD handrail at a short 2" projection, 1" lower than the Tall 350-216. Machined from 316-grade satin stainless for indoor and outdoor rails, it finish-matches the rest of Lavi's 316 satin saddle family. For sloped or compound-angle sections at 2", choose the ball-joint 821-2; for a brass finish at this size, the 820-2; for the taller projection, the 350-216; for the 1.67" Schedule 40 pipe size, the Short 352-424.
