The standard wall flange for 1.5-inch OD railing tubing. The 510/1H seats the tube in a collar over a round, pre-drilled base, and a set screw in the collar locks it in place with hand tools. Choose polished brass for a traditional rail, or 304 or 316 stainless in polished or satin. It matches the 1.5-inch tubing, end caps, and brackets in the same line.
Description
A wall flange does one job: hold the end of a railing tube square to the wall so the rest of the run can lean on it. The 510/1H does it for 1.5-inch OD tubing. The tube slides into the collar, a set screw locks it, and the pre-drilled base takes the fasteners for the wall. Nothing to weld, nothing to fabricate on site. Finish follows the rail. Polished brass suits a period restoration or a warm interior. 304 stainless, polished or satin, handles interior runs that get wiped down daily. 316 stainless, in the same two finishes, is the pick for exterior, pool, and coastal work where chlorides attack lesser grades. When a corner or column return will not clear the round base, the Cut Wall Flange 511/1H trims the profile while keeping the same collar.
