Its compound-angle ball joint holds a 1.5" OD rail on the post at whatever orientation the geometry demands. In 304 polished, 304 satin, or 316 satin stainless steel finishes.
Description
Cradle a 1.5" OD handrail on top of a post at the angle you need, even when that angle bends in two directions at once. The 821-1H is a ball-joint saddle: it pivots in multiple planes to follow a curved or spiral staircase or a rail that changes direction, where a single-axis swivel would only track one straight slope. It also accepts either a 1.5" or a 1.67" top rail, so it doubles as an adapter between the two tube sizes. Pick the finish for the setting: 304 polished or 304 satin for indoor rails, or 316 satin, which is rated for indoor, outdoor, and coastal installs. It holds the rail at a 1-3/4" projection, fits.050" or.060" wall tube, and installs with self-drilling stainless screws. The same ball joint is offered at 1.67" and 2" for a matched run across sizes.
