Ball 135 degree Side Outlet Tee Brass for 2" O.D. Tubing (00-709/2)
Our ball fittings are used to construct handrails, footrails, stair rails, bar rails, ballet rails, and many other metal railing systems. The vertical posts of the railings should be made with a continuous architectural metal tube (for strength) while the horizontals are cut and fit with architectural hardware between posts. Ball fittings may be available in a variety of finishes not usually found in traditional brass fitting, including stainless steel, and more.

Four 2" OD brass tubes gather in the Ball 135° Side Outlet Tee into a single cast intersection: a straight run, a branch, and a wide-angle turn all meet at one decorative ball. It resolves the complex landing-angle junction that would otherwise require several separate fittings. Finished in polished brass for a traditional brass rail line.
Description
Some rail intersections meet at the shallower 135° landing angle rather than a square corner. The Ball 135° Side Outlet Tee brings four 2" OD tubes together at that angle in a single cast piece with a decorative ball at the joint — for the point where a straight run, a turn, and a branch rail all converge. The four tube ends seat inside the ball, so the pieces it joins don't need exact end cuts — set the straight lengths and let the fitting fix the angles. Cast in polished brass for traditional brass rails, it pairs with the matching 135° elbows and other ball fittings in the same 2" line.
