Ball Side Outlet Ell Brass for 1.5" dia. Tubing (00-703/1H)
Our ball fittings are used to construct handrails, footrails, stair rails, bar rails, ballet rails, and many other metal railing systems. The vertical posts of the railings should be made with a continuous architectural metal tube (for strength) while the horizontals are cut and fit with architectural hardware between posts. Ball fittings may be available in a variety of finishes not usually found in traditional brass fitting, including stainless steel, and more.
All ball fittings are supplied with self-drilling, self-tapping hardware.

When a rail needs to branch at the same point where it corners, this three-outlet ball fitting handles both: a 90° elbow and a perpendicular outlet share one cast 1.5" OD joint. Description
A corner and a connection often land on the same point of a rail. The 1.5" Ball Side Outlet El handles both in one cast fitting: a 90° elbow with a third outlet at a right angle to the turn, joining three tube ends inside a single decorative ball. Stairs, landings, and bar rail returns all follow the same approach — the tube ends hide inside the ball, so the straight runs are cut to length while the fitting holds all three angles. Choose polished brass, polished 304 stainless, or satin 304 stainless, and pair it with the matching elbows, tees, and single-outlet fittings in the same 1.5" ball line.
