Make a gentle direction change in a 1.5" OD handrail at a 147° interior angle — just 33° off straight — with a flush joint. It's for almost-straight adjustments, not stair landings: a ramp grade transition, a rail following a curving wall, or an octagonal balcony edge. Three finishes: polished brass, 304 polished or satin stainless.
Description
Not every bend is a real corner. When a 1.5" OD handrail needs to nudge direction just slightly — 147°, only 33° off a straight line — this flush elbow handles it cleanly, with a tube sliding into each end for a joint that sits flush. Use it for the subtle adjustments along a run: a ramp grade transition, a rail tracking a curving or angled wall, an octagonal or hexagonal balcony perimeter, or a bay-window feature. It is not meant for the sharper turn at a stair landing. It comes in three finishes — polished brass for a traditional rail, or 304 stainless polished or satin for a modern interior look. For a variable angle you set on-site, or for a 316 stainless option, look to the Flush Adjustable Elbow in the same line instead.
