The Flush End Cap presses in flat with a 1" OD tube end and closes the run with nothing protruding — no edge to catch clothing or hands. Stair rails, small handrails, and shop-fixture runs all finish with the same clean stop. Choose polished brass, 304 polished stainless, or 304 satin stainless to match the tube.

Finish a 1" OD railing run with the simplest possible ending. The Flush End Cap for 1-inch OD Tubing is a press-fit plug that seats inside the tube end and sits flat and flush with the tube face — no external lip and no ornament, just a clean close where a small rail ends. Where a rounded cap softens the ending and a ball finial adds a decorative top, this cap keeps the terminus quiet and minimal. Offered in polished brass, 304 polished stainless, or 304 satin stainless to match the rest of the railing. It is purely cosmetic — it caps the tube end over a.050" tube wall with no load or structural role — and disappears into a clean, understated rail.
