This return sweeps a 2" OD railing through 180 degrees back to the wall surface, closing the larger run so no open tube end can catch clothing or bags. It helps meet ADA and IBC handrail return requirements. In polished brass, 304, or 316 polished or satin stainless to match the rail.
Description
At 2" OD, the Radius Wall Return performs the same code-conscious job as its smaller siblings: a precision-bent section that routes the rail 180 degrees back to terminate at the wall, eliminating the tube end that catches clothing, straps, or bags along a stair or guard-rail run. It is designed to help meet ADA and IBC handrail return requirements. Five finishes — polished brass, 304 polished or satin stainless, and 316 polished or satin stainless — and a fit for .050" or .060" wall tubing let a job mixing 1.5" handrails with 2" guard rails share one finish throughout.
