The 47-830/1H16 Flush Splice Connector builds long handrails from standard lengths: it joins two 1.5" OD tubes end-to-end into one continuous run. It fits .060" heavy-wall tubing for extra strength at the joint, in 316 Polished or Satin — marine-grade corrosion resistance for coastal and long-run handrails where the seam should not show.

Join two 1.5" OD handrail tubes into one continuous run. The 830-1H16 Flush Splice Connector fits inside the tube ends and locks them end-to-end inline, so a long corridor, a deck rail, or a stair run reads as a single rail instead of separate pieces. It is sized for.060" heavy-wall tubing, which puts about 20% more material at the joint than a standard.050" wall — useful where a splice carries real load along a long run. The 316 stainless finish, Polished or Satin, brings marine-grade corrosion resistance for coastal and exposed jobs. Pair it with the matching 1.5" OD flush T and X fittings to keep a continuous handrail going through junctions as well as splices, all from the same family of parts.
